Visit The Boulevard Gated Estate as we invite the general public to explore the unique residential facilities for the very first time.

Join us for morning tea and a short information session followed by a facility and home tour within the community.

How to get there

You will find The Boulevard Gated Estate located within Magnolia Estate, Dubbo. Access to clubhouse is via gated access off Magnolia Boulevard.
