We understand that the current circumstances may have our clients concerned. Whilst we recognise these concerns are valid, we hope to ease any undue stress with open and clear communication, and the implementation of minor changes to our daily routines here at MAAS Group Properties. With a few minor changes, we are still business as usual, so our clients can be reassured that construction and projects are still going ahead as planned.
To comply with the advice issued by the government, we will be practicing social distancing. This will be done by no longer greeting each other with a handshake (we'll offer you a smile instead!), and ask that our clients and staff keep a safe personal distance. We will also be increasing our already high standard of cleanliness within our offices and appreciate your cooperation with this by maintaining a high level of personal hygiene through washing of hands regularly.
Whilst we are still business as usual and continue to take appointments and conduct property inspections; if you have been quarantined, are infected, have been exposed to COVID-19, or are showing signs and symptoms such as fever, cough or respiratory difficulty we politely ask that you refrain from visiting our offices and staff in person and simply give us a call instead.
We actively keep our website, social channels and online real estate listings up to date so encourage you to visit, and follow us on these platforms if you can’t make it into our office. Our team will also continue to use any online resources to support your enquiries, should it be required, including photos, floorplans, video tours and more.
Technology allows us some wonderful opportunities to stay in touch and up to date, so please rest assured we are doing everything in our power to operate as usual, but with a heightened respect for your and our health.
Our projects and construction are still going ahead as usual, so you can be confident that if your home is in the construction stage that it is progressing as expected. We're proud to work with dozens of local trades and suppliers, that we can easily maintain communication with daily - so far, we have no signs of delays or supply shortages from our trades or suppliers, however, if this is to change at any point, rest assured you will be advised as soon as possible. Our staff and clients health is paramount, so please take care of yourselves and your community as we work through these events collectively.
